Villa Hedera X has been recently built in Mokosica, 80 metres from Ombla river. The property offers charming exterior with private pool, summer kitchen surrounded with lush green Mediterranean plants that provide peace and privacy.This villa is divided into two floors: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and common kitchen / dining room / living room are on the ground floor. The living room opens to large terrace with lounge chairs and the 2nd terrace with covered dining area, built-in BBQ, kitchen and swimming pool. Access to the additional 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is via an external staircase to another front door and 16 steps up to the second floor. One of the bedrooms is with a king size bed and one of the bedrooms can be either double or twin. Villa Hedera X has private swimming pool, bar, BBQ and lounge area. The villa comes with private garage and 3 additional parking spaces.
